Technical Service Lubrication (TLS) ::

Technical Service means for us: Lower cost of production. Lower running costs. Low power consumption. Long periods of life of machines and parts. In short: Increased Productivity.

Study of Lubrication

Updating the study of lubrication of plant, through a comprehensive review of equipment and operating conditions. Suitable lubricants are defined for each component and equipment, and optimize the lubrication process, noting the method, timing and volume of application.

The follow-up study of lubrication has the following benefits:

:: Fewer products in the warehouse inventory of lubricants.
:: Increase in oil change periods.
:: Increased life of lubricated elements.

Laboratory Analysis

Oil samples are taken of the major equipment within the production line. Such equipment and sampling intervals are defined jointly by the maintenance staff and Lubrication Engineer.

These oil samples are sent to our laboratories, and test results are sent to the customer by email with the recommendations of specialized technicians. Oil analysis includes the following metrics:

Viscosity at 40 and 100 C, content of dissolved fuel, oil Basic Total Number (TBN), insolubles, oxidation, soot content, water content, metal content: iron, copper, aluminum, chromium and silicon.

Generally the report, for use and take timely appropriate action includes a warning, according to the following codes:

Lubrication Software

We offer you our Lubrication Software
PROLUBETEK..

This program lets you manage the tasks of lubrication, greasing using predefined frequencies. Manufactures listed daily, weekly, monthly, etc. with work orders to perform.

It is an excellent tool to optimize the lubrication and greasing of all machines of the most diverse industries.

Training

Lubetek develops comprehensive training programs for maintenance personnel, based on the definition of requirements and the agreement between both parties. Train personnel ranging from mechanics and equipment operators, supervisors of maintenance and operation, plus the extra staff that the client deems appropriate.

The training topics usually have a duration of 2 hours each and are as follows:

Basic Principles of lubrication and Tables
Operation of Internal Combustion Engines and lubrication
Hydraulic Systems
Gears
Lubricating greases
Handling and Storage of lubricants
Synthetic Lubricants
Study of Plant Lubrication
Safety Standards and Environment

Furthermore, according to the needs of your staff may provide lubrication or other topics of specific programs could be defined.
